THE GREAT CANADIAN SCRAPBOOK CARNIVAL: 2-DAY CROP SPACE in EDMONTON

The Great Canadian Scrapbook Carnival is part of the Creative Stitches & Crafting Alive show! The crop area is on the show floor, curtained off to prevent general traffic through our crop area, but visible for show visitors to see you all in action! Let's show crafters of all kinds our fabulous world of scrapbooking!

DATES:
Friday, October 1st (9am to 6pm) &
Saturday, October 2nd (9am to 5pm)

LOCATION: Mayfield Inn & Suites

DETAILS:
- Crop registration fee includes 2 day pass to the Creative Stitches and Crafting Alive show.
- Each crop registrant will receive a goodie-bag valued at over $240 filled with fabulous products from our sponsors.
- Enter your name for your chance to win 1 of 20 carnival crop door prizes donated by our scrapbook market place exhibitors and sponsors.
- Croppers will receive 3 free tickets to the "Make and Take Loonie Bar" .
- Bring your unpublished layouts to enter into our exciting and very rewarding layout contest! Entries will be safely displayed near the crop area.
- Shop for top quality products from our many on site vendors.
- Laugh and Learn with us!!! The Canadian Scrapbooker team is excited be on site and play with you all!

CROP LOGISTICS:
2 scrapbookers per table.
Seating will be pre-arranged, based on group sales. (i.e if you purchase 4 tickets at once, we will set aside 4 spaces together for you).
Tools (Punches, dies, big shot, etc) will be available on site.
Electricity will be available...though limited. Your supplies may be left on site overnight as the hall will be secured. Supplies are left at your own risk.
Food will not be served. There is a cafeteria on site.
Scrapbook classes are sold separately.
Canadian Scrapbooker will not be mailing crop tickets in advance. Your crop badges will be available for pick up on Friday morning 9am at the show entrance by identifying yourself as a Carnival Cropper. We will be there to greet you.
Once you have received your badge, please come to the Canadian Scrapbooker Booth beside the crop area to pick up your goodie bag. We will be there to help you settle in.
