Here’s your chance to get up-close-and-personal in these ‘technique rich’ classes which will change the way you look at your collection of rubberstamps. Come play, giggle and oh! yes!…be prepared to get inky!

Explore the “super multi-tasking bits of rubber wonder” by using one stamp, one beautiful metallic palette of ink and numerous “Cathie techniques” featured in her magazine articles. Create three beautiful projects as Cathie shows how versatile one stamp can be by using it to create backgrounds, foregrounds and embellishments whether on scrapbook pages or cards. Make white cardstock, ‘white no more’ as you make cards in class, but also see how to use these for 3 beautiful scrapbook layouts. PLEASE BRING ALONG WITH YOUR BASIC KIT: a narrow (5mm) double sided tape (“Be Creative” tape recommended) and 2 “double ended” markers, one in hunter green and one navy, foam tape OR silicone glue (for a 3D effect).

Join Heather Starosielski to create 4 uniquely, chic vintage cards. This class will feature techniques that show you how to create beautiful handcrafted flowers featuring gorgeous fabrics and trims. Experiment with layering different types of fabric (organza, tulle, satin and cotton) to create interesting flowers. You will be amazed what you can do with some fabric, a candle and a glue gun!

Cards also feature exclusive new product from Stampin’ Up!’s new 2010/11 Catalogue and Idea book. Not only will you create gorgeous handmade flowers but you will also use the Sizzix Big Shot to emboss cardstock and die cut all types of fabric, chipboard and cork.

Due to using tools such as a candle and glue gun this class is restricted to adults only for safety precautions.
