Webisode #35 – Gesso

Post to Twitter Post to Facebook

Learn some basic techniques when using Gesso as I have done here on this cute little card that was totally inspired by the very talented Christy Riopel! Thanks Christy!

The base of this card was created using this YUMMY paper stack from DCWV.

I love paper stacks – they are so packed full of gorgeous patterend paper and make mixing and matching a BREEZE!

I also used Clearsnap Smooch ink to fussy colour in the details of this peacock or fancy chicken stamp from Magenta.

What did we do before Smooch ink?

PS – plesae ignore that one strand of blonde hair on my head that looks like it belongs on someone else’s head!!! LOLOL!!!! It makes its appearance around the middle of the show!!!!

Thanks for the video. I’ve never tried the gesso, but I plan to get some because it looks like a fun way to create a card! Just discovered this blog recently and think it is awesome!!!!
