Treasured Memories and Close To My Heart

Hi, it’s Connie Nichol here today.  I used the September sketch in the Canadian Scrapbooker Sketchy Challenge as a jumping off point for scrapbooking this childhood photo.  I don’t have a lot of pictures from when I was a kid and virtually all of them are in 35 mm slide format, so I am slowly scanning, printing and scrapbooking them while my parents are still around to help me remember dates, places and people.

While everything was out, I put together a quick card using some leftover Brushed patterned paper and a sentiment from the ‘Framed’ set.  It was a stamp of the month from this past August.   Close To My Heart has a special stamp set for every month that is available for $6 with a minimum order of other CTMH products.
